In loving memory of the late Frank Gordon Mitchell who passed away very peacefully at the Royal Derby Hospital on Monday 23rd March 2015 aged 94 years.

Loving husband to Edna, much loved father to Alan and cherished grandfather to James.

Frank will be received into the United Reformed Church, Little Eaton for a private family service with close family only but this will be followed by a funeral service at Markeaton Crematorium in the Main Chapel where all are welcome to attend.
