Kathleen Hamer (21 Mar 1943 - 8 Jun 2015)

Passed away suddenly at Frimley Park Hospital after a short illness. A dearly loved and treasured partner, daughter, mother, sister, aunt, mother-in-law, grandmother and friend. Selfless and thoughtful, she will be greatly missed but will remain in our hearts and minds.
