Janis and Lynne would like to thank all for the kind words and sentiments that have been shared on here and for all the donations to the worthy causes that our mum Doreen believed in.
She asked us to donate as a bequest, something to Cancer research. We are honoured to do so in her name.

The sum of £213.53 was the amount donated, in cash, at the funeral service - in lieu of floral tributes. A further two cheques were received totalling £30 were also received and these will be forwarded under separate cover.

Thanks for that Alison, Doreen and Eric leave behind them a great legacy in the form of their 2 daughters Janis and Lynne, they will carry on with the same warm hearts and compassionate and loving ways in memory of their beloved parents. Hope the weather getts better before this afternoon for Doreen ingleby. Just want to say im proud to have known you Doreen and wish you RIP forever. I will hold love in my heart for you and Eric for the rest of my life. And will always be there for Janis Ingleby-delube and Lynne O'flynn to give you all my support whenever its needed. I've only been in Doreen's life 33 years but it was a great pleasure to be part of it.
Doreen welcomed me in with open arms and treated me like a son.
She knew I would look after, cherish and love Lynne and I am so grateful that she let me take her hand.
I will miss her dearly. I have loads of memories that I can call on.
May you find Eric in your heavenly journey.

Doreen was a lovely lady who I have known for nearly 50 years. She always had a smile on her face and her courage was boundless. I am so sorry for Lynne and Janis at this sad time. She will leave a massive hole in their hearts xxx
