On August 26th 2015 at Kirkwood Hospice, Chris, aged 57 years of Holmfirth. Very dear brother of John, uncle of Francesca and Antonia and son of the late Edna Crookes.
Funeral service and cremation at Huddersfield Crematorium on Thursday September 3rd at 10.30am.
