In loving memory of David John Bartlewski who sadly passed away on 21st August 2015 aged 67 years.

He was a cheeky chap from Mitcham who was loved by so many in both his personal life and his building and decorating profession.

We look forward to seeing his friends and family at the funeral on Monday 7th September.
Flowers are welcome to Alan Greenwood & Sons 83 High Street, Ewell Village KT17 1RX by 12 Noon 7th Sept or
alternatively if you wasn't aware Dave had leukaemia so we are also accepting donations which you can make via this website. Either way, we thank you.

As you know Dave Bart was a colourful character and as such we are not expecting anyone to wear black on Monday - far from it, feel free to dress as you would wish to join us in the celebration of his life.

If however, you choose black as a mark of respect, then this is also fine with the family.

You are warmly welcome to join us afterwards for refreshments to celebrate his life at Kingswood Golf & Country Club, Sandy Lane, Kingswood, Tadworth, Surrey KT20 6NE

Thank You
Karen, Stevie, George & Family

Remembering our good friend David, a man who will always be remembered with a smile. You were a true gent, at times a wind up merchant but always managed to get a laugh. You'd drink us dry of tea and make yourself at home scoffing from the fruit bowl. Your cheeky humour will be sorely missed.
We will be forever grateful for all that you did for us - RIP Dave.
Ann, Danielle, Mark and "Rock on" xx

From the day I met you I will always remember you with that big smile and always with laughter. You even laughed when you knew me and Karen were trying to pull a fast one!! Karen is so lucky to have had you as her dad, she is as proud of you as you are of her.
And you never would listen.... Women wear their collars up, not men!
Never forgotten. God bless you Dave Bart xxx

I remember David always used to have time for me and Oliver . From right when we was young he always looked after us. Before I had a Tim in my life helped my mum me and Oliver is much. He took us on holiday to Disney and everything he never complained. I always was close to David we used to always make jokes about crystal palace he would make jokes about Portsmouth. Even recently although I didn't see much of David he would always pop in and we would have a chat. My birthday each year I would receive a card of him being his usual upbeat self cracking jokes about Portsmouth . Christmas as well. I will miss David a lot and he won't be forgotten x
