Wm gilchrists arranged my mums funeral a few weeks ago sadly wasn't expected 😢 they were amazing very kind .thoughtful explained everything ,nothing was to much for them like even getting finger prints from my mum so that we can get a tattoo in a ❤️ Jen was amazing so caring I would highly recommend them to deal wth ure loved ones funeral ....

The staff were professional but I had to wait from the 5th November until the 10th of November for a wooden coffin with a cost of my mother lying in your establishment of over £1000.00 
I find this cost unfair as this was not due to any fault of mine or my family as we wanted my mother home to rest as soon as possible 
Stephen kept his word and my mother was brought home at 8.30 pm on the 10th of November 
I had to get Laura (I think that was her name )to come to the house the next day to do my mothers hair and makeup she did an amazing job but my mother was sent home to rest not looking too good
I would like to thank the staff involved with my mothers passing

The service that I received for my Mother Patricia Robertson was absolutely superb, I couldn't fault them. Jennifer was brilliant, her attention to detail and willingness to help, was fantastic. I have to say that, at that time when you are at your lowest, it is a huge burden lifted, knowing that everything is being taken care of by people who know what they are doing, and genuinely care both about the customer and the deceased....
