Bobby at James MacDonald made the organisation of the funeral completely painless, where nothing was too much trouble. When the church minister had to withdraw due to an injury, Bobby bent over backwards to ensure we managed to get a Celebrant to officiate at very short notice. On the day of the funeral, the undertakers were also excellent, keeping us informed on the routine the day prior and also at the service. All in all, we’ll done to all staff. It made a painful day simple.
