The co-op funeral directors in Windsor did excellent service for me to organise my cousins funeral.  As I live in Cornwall it was complicated, but the arrangements went very well on the day and the family were very pleased.

The staff at Windsor Funeral Care were kind, empathetic and supportive from the start of the funeral planning to the end. Communication was swift and effective which made the planning of the funeral much easier to manage. When visiting the Funeral Parlour we were made to feel welcome and staff were hospitable. This gave reassurance that the care provided in all aspects is dignified and respectful. We are thankful for their support at what was a very difficult time.

I would like to give sincere thanks to Windsor Funeral Co-op on their professionalism and empathy whilst handling the cremation of my late Mother Mrs. Alma Smith. As neither myself or my siblings reside in the UK or Europe, the manner in which everything was addressed was calming and professional from the Undertakers to the Funeral Co-op. A massive thanks to Natasha who helped us immensely with all the arrangements . She was extremely supportive and was always at the end of the telephone to answer any questions . The service from Windsor funeral care was first class . It was reassuring to have this high level of care and attention and much appreciated .

Very helpful, caring and supportive. As regards to ashes, should have mentioned re scattering tube as wasn't expecting to received a cardboard box containing a paper bag of Robert's ashes. Managed to get a scattering tube elsewhere and Natasha kindly transferred the ashes into the tube for me at short notice. On the whole excellent service.

Tash strikes just the right balance in her dealings with bereaved people, she is efficient and nothing seems too much trouble.
At the actual funeral your staff were very helpful, especially with my sons who acted as pall bearers.
