Great value for the money. Really helpful and they organise everything.  Didn’t have to do much at all. Took all the stress away. 100 percent would recommend to anyone.   Thanks guys for all that you did.

We received excellent service from all the team at CO-OP. Theresa has been amazing to all of our family. Thank you so much for all your support through this tragedy

Theresa is one of the most compassionate people we have met. We cannot thank her enough for her care and sensitivity; our needs were dealt with efficiently and with compassion. This is the fifth time that Theresa and the team at the Co-Op in Yardley have supported our family with funeral arrangements and on each occasion our grief was acknowledged and Theresa was able to help us through the very difficult process sensitively and efficiently. This is one of the most difficult things anyone can have to do while they are still grieving - being able to trust your funeral director goes some way to easing the process. We truly can't thank the team enough. The Oldnall Family

Funeral Zone has really helped bring our family together. Plus the COOP Stirchley and Sharon, in particular, were brilliant.

The support and professionalism of everyone I dealt with at the Co-op has been outstanding. The care and attention to detail given went far beyond the call of duty, such as offering to stay behind after closing time when I was stuck on the motorway so that I could see my dad in his casket. Advice on the order of service was particularly helpful and meant that together we created a truly personal booklet that we were very proud of. I cannot recommend their services highly enough. nikki burton (father of patrick morrin)
