Co-op Funeral Care were fabulous and very professional from start to finish. I am talking about all the staff involved. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The only thing I found stressful was putting the order of service together. The designer could not quite produce what I was looking for to start with. After 7 or 8 draft copies, I was more than happy with the design and content. It was printed on very high quality card, and so many people have told me since that it is one of the best order of service they have ever seen. It was beautiful.

Excellent service from start to finish. Jan and the rest of the team at Co-Op Funeral Crewe were very considerate. Myself and my family were made to feel at ease throughout the whole process. The after-service follow up and care has been excellent also.

Alison Long, the Celebrant was very professional and approachable and has an incredible ability to make people feel at ease.

The Funeral Director, Alison was also excellent and made a very difficult event much more manageable; she has special and unique inter-personal skills and is exactly the type of person you want directing an event such as this.

Highly recommend their services.

Excellent service from start to finish. Staff were attentive, polite and courteous throughout. The family member who had passed had left strict instructions regarding his funeral arrangements and these were followed to a tee.
I was told when his ashes had been returned for collection by family.

Coop staff there made what was a difficult time that little bit easier. Thank you all for your professionalism.

Absolutely a fantastic team, so helpful and caring. They have been there for me every step of the way answering all my questions to do with the funeral and my questions that are not helping me and giving me directions to places I need to go.  Really made me feel like I wasn’t on my own.
