Despite having to complete all of initial arrangements by phone due to us travelling home from abroad, the staff were sympathetic, extremely professional and helpful, but as importantly very patient with us. Everything went well thanks to them.

We used Thomas Rea when my Dad died 11 years ago. My mam passed away on 21st August 2022 and we had a package in place ( best thing my parents ever did) so when I spoke to the lovely girls to discuss arrangements they guided me through step by step. I asked if Adam Hampton could look after my mam and even though it is not his job ( he is in a different department) all stops were pulled out and my mam was looked after beautifully. I could not repay their kindness and understanding that has been shown at this sad time . Adam went way above and beyond to give us the goodbye that was fitting for our mam. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and on behalf of our family.

They have kept us informed at every step through the process , advising us what to expect and when and confirming when each step has been completed as expected. They were very compassionate throughout and their checkin calls to see how we were doing were very much appreciated. I would highly recommend their services

From the first contact, to the day of the funeral, I felt looked after and the guidance they offered was first class. When a parent dies it is a horrible time and T Rea & sons inc CO-OP were always there at the end of the phone. The funeral its self was carried out with the professional manner you would expect.

At a time when you are at your lowest, the staff at the co-op funeral home couldn't have been more helpful. Starting when they came to collect my husband. So kind and professional, they even made his bed so I didn't have to look at where he had been, when he died. The overall experience is not what you ever want to go through, but was made a little easier by such lovely people.

At such a sad and traumatic time, I'm grateful for Adele and the teams approach and human touch in helping through the process and the choices I needed to make. Adele's leadership of the funeral cortège from home, and then to the Crematorium added a beautiful touch as I said goodbye to my lovely wife.
