You handled mums funeral with great dignity and the staff that attended on the day, including the bearers, were first class. I was a little disappointed in the lead up that registering the death required me to cut a much needed break short even though I had only gone after enquiring if this would affect the situation,(which as it turned out it would). I have never dealt with a funeral before so a bit clearer advice would have been appreciated. However overall the service was good and your staff very respectful of the circumstances.

Kerry and Susan and her team are so helpful at such a sad time. Sadly our third funeral with Kerry and we wouldn’t use anyone else. They are so kind and patient. We would thoroughly recommend J & K Davey, especially if you are going through your first bereavement and need a lot of sympathetic help, as we did.

I have found all of the staff have been very helpful and understanding in what was a very difficult time. Their expertise was second to none and the funeral itself, despite being cancelled once, not their fault I hasten to add, was conducted in the manner that my mum would have approved.
