This should have been
4 1/2 star review but half stars weren't an option
. . Polite , attentive ,helpful and sympathetic . Obviously these are prerequisites to be running this type of establishment . I was at all times kept informed of what was and what was going to happen . David and Courtney a credit to their employer .
Only one fly in the
ointment , which was that there was some confusion as to whether I should have contacted the registrar or the other way around . I don't know who was at fault here , whether it was the registrar for not keeping
Co-operative Funeral Services informed of changes at their end or that the Co-operative had not updated their records . Either way it cost the
Co-operative a star and me a week delay . Yes I would definitely recommend Co-operative Funeral Services to friends , family and acquaintances

Dave and his team at Co-op Funeral services at Devonport were very professional, caring and compassionate. Their attention to detail was superb. The funeral went smoothly and we could not fault their cooperation on all aspects.

Everything from first contact wascslm, caring and handled with respect and kindness, the cats were excellent and David bent over ba kwatds yo make the funeral as easy for me and my family as possible. I am very glad mum chose the coop and intend to follow suit.

From the very first phone call right through to picking up Dad’s ashes we couldn’t have asked for better care and consideration from the whole team, with special thanks to Courtney for the gentle guidance through the planning, and David for the actual day.
