I cannot praise too highly the excellent help and guidance provided by Co-op funeral services at Teignmouth on the the sad occasion of my Mum’s passing.
They ALL did a wonderful job which helped myself and my husband through a very difficult time. My requests about what I wanted to happen during the days prior to and the funeral day itself were followed to the letter with no questions asked.Although the team were doing their job, they did it with dignity and respect for my late Mum which conveyed to me their own sadness for my loss.

Every element of our arrangements was sensitively and efficiently organised. Communication was excellent and Gary in the Teignmouth office went out of his way to meet our needs.  Chas, the officiant, was as lovely and supportive as we remembered from a previous funeral and Catherine, the funeral director, was incredibly smart and efficient.  We felt in safe and caring hands throughout the whole process.

Can't thank them enough for all the care and kindness they have shown me. Gary in particular is the kindest most caring person you could ever wish to meet. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always at the end of the phone if needed. The willow coffin was absolutely beautiful. Kathryn was also very kind and offered to take the flowers to glendale court my mums home on her way home. So glad we took out a plan for mum with the cooperative teignmouth. Would recommend them to anyone. We'll done all of you and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I spoke with Gary at Teignmouth and he was with me all the way, he was polite,,professional as so efficient and his planning was just astounding. I did wonder when thing may go wrong and because of his attention to detail nothing ever did. Shaun led the funeral and he was just so professional and he also had great attention to detail. In all the service I received from Coop funeral Care was second to none as in your distress you need that professionalism to guide you through. Gentlemen 10 out of 10, Thank you.

Brilliant from day one. So kind, didn't feel rushed and listened to all requests. I felt very comfortable from the moment I stepped in the shop. The staff were so attentive,rang me to check up on me and reassured me that they could be contacted at anytime if I had any concerns or questions. I can't thank them enough, they made a very difficult situation very easy and comfortable.

Very disappointed with the funeral plan my mother had been sold as it was not fit for purpose and the co op did not honour some of the items included in the plan.
