I literally cannot express my gratitude enough to Andrea & the whole Co-operative team for their handling of Dad's Celebration of Life - My Mother, my Sisters & I all felt as if we were held so beautifully both energetically and physically as we moved through each stage of the planning of Dad's Funeral. The day itself was so so so beautiful & we truly honoured Dad in a way he would have loved - thank you so very much for your heart holding & hand holding through every stage Andrea, we can't thank you enough for all you did for us all, thank you beyond thank you

I was very happy with the service I received at Co-op Funeralcare, Dyke Road.  Hannah was very kind and helpful.  She quickly responded to any questions I had about the arrangements and followed up all my queries.  Dominick’s contribution in organising the service was also greatly appreciated.

Lisa and Tracey at Seven Dials were very helpful and respectful throughout the difficult process and the actual service on the day couldn't be faulted. Their recommendations in respect of a minister and flowers were excellent and all was well organised from afar in these times of Covid. The only negative point so far was the difficulty in getting through on the phone especially in the early stages when several times I was bounced through to a central number in Manchester and then not phoned back. At the time of writing I am still waiting for a download of the online service and for the final invoices but hopefully these will come through soon.

Tracy and her team were wonderful. They created a faultless farewell for our dear mother. Tracy was helpful, open and honest, she clearly knows what she is doing and does it with compassion, kindness and understanding. Due to the circumstances we had to organise a funeral involving a web-cam and were reliant on Tracy, Lisa and the team to organise everything at obviously a very sad and difficult time.
I was reassured throughout and they took care of the arrangements very efficiently and sympathetically and I felt that everything was being taken care of
with the stress minimised.
They co-ordinated with the Chaplain, David Harland who was equally impressive and the service was as best as could be, given the unusual conditions.
Many thanks to all that helped with my mother's cremation and service.
