All Staff were compassionate,understanding and helpful. They were there on the end of the phone with any questions or little trivial things that you needed may need to be answered. In the most difficult time anyone has to face, and the whole teams professionalisum was excellent.

This was our first time of arranging a funeral, but must say that S Stibbards & Sons made the whole process seamless from start to finish.  Kate was sympathetic, respectful, friendly and brilliant at understanding our needs she dealt with it all in the most professional manner. Kate was on hand to guide us through it all as well as on the end of the phone to answer any queries we had. Their pallbearers and other staff on the day was also very respectful and professional.
An excellent service and will always be willing to recommend should we be asked.  Thank you for all your help and advice.

From start to finish the service I received at the most difficult time of my life was impeccable. Sympathetic, friendly and extremely professional. Always at the end of a phone/email to answer any questions.
Simon looked after us on the day and was so professional. Very efficient, friendly and yet just kept things moving as they should from a distance. Never once felt rushed. Made the difficult day for myself and my family that much easier.
