The funeral director and staff were so helpful from the minute we went to them. they gave us lots of time to plan our mums funeral. they explained everything and gave us lots of choice and respected our wishes. I can recommend them.

I was very happy with the service provided for my late Uncle's (Kenneth Rogers) funeral on March 14th. From the beginning when the funeral arrangements were made with Barbara Wiggins through to the actual funeral everything was handled very professionally. Barbara was extremely helpful and guided us through the whole process efficiently and compassionately. On the day Antony was very helpful and respectful and took charge of the whole sad occasion so well. I'd also like to mention John Banks, the Celebrant, who was brilliant on the day and carried out the service perfectly injecting a little light-heartedness into the proceedings whilst at the same time maintaining the more serious nature of the event. Many people commented on how well he had taken the service. Over the years my family and I have always used Co-operative Funeralcare and once again we were completely satisfied at the service you and your staff provided. Many thanks, Rosalind Larner.
