The Funeral was for my mother which was pre arranged over ten years ago. Their records were impeccable and making the final arrangements were dealt with in a very gentle and friendly manner.

On the day itself the team were very professional, polite and courteous and I was quite happy to let them lead me and my family through a very sad and emotional day.
