Despite a lack of communication from the coop over a period of 2 weeks prior to my Mums funeral, they acted professionally when our concerns regarding this silence was raised. They reassured us and the actual funeral went very smoothly and professionally. The lack of communication did cause a great deal of stress to us and was a shame seeing as up until that point we were grateful for the service provided. Overall as a family we would definitely recommend hoping the mistakes made will not happen again to another family.

Tina and her colleagues were so supportive and understanding at this very difficult time from the time we met them. They kept us updated through every step of this painful process with phone calls and emails. The day of the funeral went very smoothly and the whole time they were understanding and supportive  taking us through it step for step.
