From the first visit to Martine and Simon until our last visit they're compassion and professionalism were outstanding.Nothing was too much trouble for them.Even when I was contacting them out of office hours they were supportive and patient.They would answer my questions and explain everything as fully and simply as they could.It was made easier for me and my family as we have known them personally for many years.I would recommend these two wonderful people to anyone.They really are amazing at their job.Thank you both so much xx

I can not praise Aberfan funeral care enough, planning a funeral of a loved one is never easy but from start to finish Martine and Simon were absolutely fantastic and so professional , correspondence between us was perfect not too much and not too little , nothing was too much trouble for them , I cant rate them highly enough and will be recommending their services in the future.
They are a credit to the business and so much so due to their service my wife and I will both be taking out a Coop funeral care plan. I had never considered this until using Aberfan Funeral care.

Martine and Simon in the Aberfan branch were brilliant, they were so supportive and kind throughout every step of the way. They provided my family with not just support in arranging my Mothers funeral but went the extra mile to make it special for us all, under such sad circumstances, we never felt rushed or pushed and they always made time to help us. The kindness they showed and the extra final touches they added like stopping outside our family home to show my Mam her Xmas tree on her final journey made her funeral so special. I can’t thank them both enough.
