I can’t thank all the staff at Taylor brothers enough for their kindness they where all very sympathetic & compassionate towards all of our family from coming to pick dad up from home alliaster  was very kind patient & understanding of how upset we all where & gave us all time to say our first goodbye to dad I then contacted Danielle to arrange dads funeral plans who can I just say she is a credit to your company she is a very kind compassionate girl/employee who called me on a few occasions to make sure the family where ok & that everything was perfect for dad on how we wanted everything to go from organising Ken Eadie making sure our songs where played in the right order,order of service gave me numbers for pipers she truly is a asset to your company we then got dad home ewan was every bit as kind sympathetic considerate & very compassionate about making dads final journey perfect  talking to us about any concerns we may have had if there was anything we wanted to ask & making sure we all knew what we had to do I was worried I couldn’t carry dad on his final journey he assured me I could & if I couldn’t he would be right their to help I can’t thank Taylor brothers enough for making dads final journey go as perfectly as it did

Thanks to danielle ,the passing of our father was so much easier as she made us feel at ease when we came into the parlour, she was so kind and anything we needed she was always there for us, and on the day all the the staff where so understanding to our needs , so professional at their jobs.
