Excellent in all aspects. Put us at ease and kept us informed at a difficult time. Hit the right tone. Sincere and professional.

Sadly for the second time in 3 months we have been looked after by Kevin and the Giffnock team in saying goodbye to our dad and youngest sister. Both funerals were different but Kevin was always there to advise and take the burden off the family as much as possible. Nothing was too much trouble, even going as far as arranging granddaughter, who had come 500 miles, to see the body on a Bank Holiday - that was very important to her. No hesitation in recommending Kevin and team when the time comes.

Unfortunately the second time within 2 years I have had to use Kevin and Cheska and twice they have exceeded my expectations and service.
