As a family we received the most incredible, compassionate support from Ashley at the blackburn branch, He gave thorough advice, and guidance. we were walked through every step of the process and given options we didn’t realise we had.
The attention to detail to ensure everything was what Cath would have wanted was very special. Ashley went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect every step of the way. 
Ashley reduced the pressure and stress we were feeling at such a difficult time and had everything arranged for us confidently and competently.
The day of the funeral was a perfect send off to someone very special to us, everything went so smooth and this was down to Ashley and the staff at co op.
Amber was also fantastic on the day of the funeral, her and Ashley took really good care of our family and guests, nothing was too much trouble. On the day they were both very caring and empathetic and extremely professional.
Overall we received the most professional and high standards of service and can’t thank everyone enough.

Stacey and Co did an excellent job at my Uncles funeral. I know this was the first time that a Sikh funeral took place but her hard work paid off. I am so thankful to her. Not only that she was so l kind enough to drop his ashes at the hotel we were staying at. Thank you so much Stacey.
