From the moment we met Diana, it was perfect. At such a difficult time we were treated with respect, empathy and clarity. Diana was simply brilliant and went out of her way to make sure we were happy and content.

What we needed to do was explained in detail,  no hidden costs and a way was found for everything we wanted. 

The day of the funeral was flawless and I’m not exaggerating when I say it went exactly how the family wanted it. 

Both Diana & Shannon (who was there on the day) are a credit to the company and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. 

I pass on the gratitude and thanks from all my family at the way my mums funeral was handled.

Monton Funeralcare arranged the funeral for my sister. At such a devastating time, they provided much comfort to my family and I. They were professional, respectful and of great support taking away a lot of the stresses that can come with arranging a funeral. In particular, Diana the funeral arranger who was an amazing support and friend throughout.

Sadly my Mum passed away on 6/4/22.
The grief and emotional pain was almost unbearable but the professionalism, understanding and support extended to me by the staff in organising my Mum's funeral was exceptional. I can't thank Diana Warren enough for all the work she did prior to the funeral. Rebecca was with us on the day of the funeral and was kindness itself. Thank you so much. Xxx

Diana was more that helpful she is a credit to your company she showed empathy and was so helpful and really cared nothing was to much trouble
I would recommend anyone to ask for her she wonderful in such at suchva stressful time
She even rang me the day of the Cremation to check I was okay said she had been thinking about the family

The funeral home manager was in constant contact with me over the duration of organising my Dads funeral. I was supported and had regular contact with the home manager. Dignity and respect were held up for my Dad.

Diana gave me alot of comfort in arranging things for Duncan, she was kind understanding and explained everything.
As I live in Lincolnshire and Duncan being in Manchester at first I found arranging things heartbreaking and very hard but Diana was so helpful.
