They made everything straightforward from the start to the end.  Each step was explained. As the funeral had to take place in a different area I had anticipated problems, but they sorted it all and I didn’t need to worry. Highly recommended.

Thank you to the lovely ladies from kilpatricks  funeral care who helped myself and my brothers arrange our mums funeral which was very difficult and upsetting to do . They was so helpful and friendly and caring  . Lorraine  sat down with us all and  Explained everything  what was needed. We was shown Brochures  so we could choose what we wanted for our mum, and  the ladies arranged everything for us , it took a lot  of stress from  myself and my family.  We could always phone Kilpatricks  for advice on anything or any questions we needed to ask, and there was always a friendly voice on the other side  to help us . Thank you so much for your help on this very difficult time xx

All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful, Janet ,Linda and Lorraine .From the moment we first enquired about arranging the funeral they helped us every step of the way making everything so much easier for us.On the day of the funeral itself we were very impressed with Linda who explained everything that was going to happen her attention to detail was impressive. After the service she didn't rush away and enquired after all the family to make sure we were okay.We would have no hesitation in recommening Kilpatricks Funeral services if asked to do so.

Janet, Amber and Lorrainne we superb. All three ladies were empathetic and friendly and provided a great service.
Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand whenever required. Each Friday before the funeral they would call and check in with me.

From the very first visit to the service to the cremation and finally back to the club for drinks and food. They could not have done anymore to help and support us all the way through.
