Apologies for the lateness of this, just been difficult in the run up to Christmas at such a sad time for us.
However we wanted to get in touch to complete the feedback and to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you for all your kindness, help and support for myself and the family after my Dad, William (Bill) Bird passed away on the 12th of October 2022.

We all appreciated so much everything that everybody did for us.

Amanda was so kind and lovely, and helped us so, so much with everything.
Thank you so very much Amanda, we genuinely couldn't have got through it all without all the support, advice and help you gave us.
We also appreciated so much that you were able to arrange Dad’s service at such short notice so we could say goodbye to Dad before we went to Devon in early November. It really helped us, and we know how much work you did Amanda to make sure that this happened for us, thank you.

On the day of the funeral we just want to thank Sam so much for her kindness in guiding us through everything and for looking after us all so well. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to look after Dad and the family on the day, thank you so much Sam.

Please also pass on our thanks to Paul, the funeral celebrant, who was just wonderful. Paul had so much patience when he came to meet with the family, and the service on the day couldn't have been more perfect for Dad, and Paul was just wonderful with us all too. Thank you so much Paul.

When Mum (Ann Bird) passed away in September 2008 you all looked after Mum and us so well, and after Mum's funeral Dad put in place a funeral plan with you as we wanted you to look after Dad when the time came.
You were all wonderful, and we could not have asked for more kindness and support through such a sad and difficult time, please pass on our heartfelt thanks to everyone.

We were treated respectfully throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. Even when there was a possibility of bad news having to be delivered, it was done diplomatically and with great consideration. Our ever need was attended too, and any specific request we had was accommodated. Excellent Customer Service.
