From the moment we spoke to Holly we had a professional service throughout. Everyone we had contact with at the New Milton branch was helpful and kind. Holly was a treasure, she assisted us with all areas of the funeral and was a good support at a very difficult time for the family. Steve and the team who drove us to the crematorium were also professional in their manner and helped the service run smoothly with us the family not having to worry about anything on the day - thank you to all.

    All aspects were lovely, from the very first contact right through to the actual funeral on the day. It was very sympathetic and we could mourn Mum knowing that everything was taken care of.

    I was most impressed by Holly in particular, she had so much
    knowledge of what was to be done and steered us always in
    the right direction.  She was wonderful.  As regards to the
    Funeral itself, it could not have been better, the Funeral 
    Director was most helpful and respectful in his duties.
    The Funeral service was a joy, everything went according to
    plan and the music, the speeches and poem were read very
    well.  In fact people who were attending thought it was a
    lovely service one of the best they had been to.

    I had hoped to have made arrangements via New Milton branch as per my father's funeral 10 years earlier. It was all a bit haphazard with a different person on the job each time I made enquiries due to staff holidays, cover leaving for an emergency etc. Eventually the arrangements were ably managed by lovely Abbie at Ferndown branch with me going into New Milton with my mother's belongings as required.

    It was very frustrating not being able to get through to branches via telephone with queries. All calls were redirected to a Manchester-based call centre where I had to go through the full details to progress or get someone from a branch to return my call each time. All this on top of losing a parent became quite upsetting. All went smoothly on the day (although the chauffeur of the limousine could have taken time to remove her brightly coloured, chipped nail varnish for the work!)

    Not impressed to receive an invoice a week later, stating 21 days payment terms when the invoice was dated 4 days prior to posting via second class, meaning it was received a week after issue and one week's time was lost.

    Not as good as the care taken for my father's funeral unfortunately.
