From first making contact everyone has been respectful and helpful. Kelly has been exceptional in assisting with the arrangements, helping and offering advice and always being on-hand when needed. Everything was planned perfectly and efficiently and the funeral itself all went to plan. John Monroe again was most respectful and helpful on the day. Thank you everyone.

The service I received from the Co-Op, was compassionate, supportive and consistant. The level of care and consideration was again consistant and all the threads and support required, including advice on legal aspects, was offered and made available if I required it. Mum's Order of Service was beautifully presented and professionally laid out and put together. I would like to offer my thanks to all the people involved, including the kind caring gentlemen who picked mum up from the nursing home to Kingswood, Kelly, John Graham, and John who escorted mum and the family at the Cremetorium.

Very impressed with the kindness of the staff in branch and the 'add on services' i.e co-op legal services. Not so impressed with being given incorrect bank account number and sort code for payment of funeral. This caused a number of calls from the co-op as they could'nt trace my payment. After spending a great deal of time in contact with my bank, being passed to 3 different departments, the co-op's error became apparent. It appears I was given the account details for 'payment plan' funerals not 'simple cremations', the service I was using so they couldn't find my payment . Very trying at a sensitive time. Also a point to consider when collecting the deceased remains. Even though Garston (West Herts) Crematorium is only minutes away from the funeral services branch, the cremation takes place in North London nearly an hour away, a 2 round trip.

We were treated with compassion and understanding at a very difficult time. We were told if we wanted a lock of hair or finger prints of our family member they would help us to have that. Everyone down to the day of funeral where lovely.
