The service itself there was not a single fault the celebrant and funeral director were brilliant. On the other hand the customer service of the co-op itself needs working on as i received emails addressing me in the deceaseds name yet then going on to use the name regarding the funeral when i mentioned this to them in the shop they laughed therefore i’m not happy with the customer service.
