My father had a funeral plan, the co op team had it ready when we visited them. All staff helped and advised us all the way, asking what we would like to questions we had not considered but made the day of the funeral run perfectly. They kept us informed every step of the way, we could visit at a time which best suited us and we were not rushed. We were offered cups of tea and they all made us feel comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. They recommended a perfect vicar, and the financial man was helpful during an online meeting, the order of service sheets were organised perfectly. On the day of the funeral the funeral director knew exactly what we wanted and needed and we felt safe knowing he was there.
Myself and my family cannot thank everyone enough, all staff we came into contact with could not have done more to make an extremely sad and painful time in our lives easier to cope with. Thank you all.

I cannot stress enough the care and thought that was given to me and my Husband by the wonderful Emma Whitley. She was empathetic, patient and attentive to our needs without being sickly sweet or cloying, in fact, all the staff, and the Minister that Emma suggested, behaved with reverance and respect, they made a very tough time in our lives much easier.

Ryan, Emma and Nicki provided us with magnificent support from the outset following the passing of my Mum. The services provided surpassed our expectations. The flowers were fresh and beautiful, the Order of Service was of the highest standard and the attention to detail on the day of her funeral meant that everything went smoothly.

The Staff where so polite and everything was so professionally carried out.
Though I was saying goodbye to my mum I couldn't have wished for the way the it went. The Funeral Parlour and all other staff was so warm, caring and helpful.
Was told by many people who attended how nice the service went..
