Jacky and Graham are an absolute credit to your company,everyone else was great too,but these two are the reason I used co op for my husband Andys funeral. They did my dads funeral four years ago and I remembered how helpful and kind they were,so it was a no brainer when I had to decide on a funeral director for my beloved husbands funeral. Everything went smoothly and I felt very well looked after,lovely to deal with  familiar faces❤️xx

We were extremely satisfied with Jackie and Graham the staff at the coxheath funeral parlour. They both put themselves out to meet our needs and requests.

I would have rated very good rather than excellent because I was disappointed that your Funeral Care Services do not include the taking of names at the church which I had to arrange and the handling of donations. Also the delay returning Nigel for his embalming meant that arrangements could not be made for his sons to visit Nigel. I understand this was out of the hands of the Coxheath staff and is not a reflection on them. Jackie was very apologetic.

The kindness and reassurance given to us as a family by the staff could not have been bettered.

We had concerns over the suitability of the folding brier when they came to collect Colin from the house. It was not covering his body and it almost slid out the side both taking him out the room and into the collection van. It was distressing to witness. The girls were trying very hard to make it work and Colin was a difficult shape. The rest of the care was all good

Graham and Jacky gave me and my family marvellous help with the arrangements for my son’s funeral.  Jacky was extremely helpful and patient , especially with the order of service and the floral tribute.  Her contacts for the printing and flowers were excellent and Diane, the humanist, was first class.  Graham’s conducting of the actual funeral was smooth and compassionate.  
I  cannot thank your staff at Coxheath enough for their help at an extremely difficult time for me and my family .
