Firstly a big thank you to all involved in my father's funeral. Graham was fantastic from the very start. Extremely sympathetic and understanding, he made the whole process as painless as possible. No hard sell on the options available, left completely to our own choice, of which there were plenty. Jasmine was great in the lead up to the funeral arranging all the little extras, and looking after my dad so well. On the day the whole ceremony was faultless, from the hearse and flowers, the pall bearers, the celebrant and service, everything was excellent. Once again a big thank you to everyone at a very difficult time, you were all wonderful.

A special thankyou goes to Graham, who was there for us from even before mum arrived at the funeral home, to the very last minute, leaving the crematorium

Jazmin and Graeme were amazing with my mum and with us. We mainly spoke with Jazmin and we could not fault her at all. She talked us through what would happen from start to finish, answered any questions we had, even if we asked the same one multiple times. She was so friendly and caring towards us and she instantly put our mind at ease. When we were looking at funeral homes for my mum, Jazmin was the first person we spoke to and we decided straightaway that we would use them. Both Jazmin and Graeme were respectful all throughout, and we could not fault Graeme on the day of the funeral. We can’t thank them both enough for how they have been with us.
