I cant't thank you all enough for the magnificent funeral you carried out for my husband. Every thing was beautifully done with professional consideration at every level. The kindness when collecting, him after he passed away, the genuine concern on providing my wishes and full information . On the day all staff perfectly dressed for their role, very polite and caring. The Church was beautiful and the vicar also did his part to perfection. When we exited the church the sun was shining too. !
I must express my gratitude to the funeral director Peter who was absolutely marvelous, his appearance, manner and knowledge are second to non. So a huge thank you to you for making a terrible event into a peaceful beautiful memory.

my Mum died late evening . next day early I walked in to the funeral service reception “ a broken Man”all the staff were so caring / thoughtful and rallied round to ease my grief. nothing was too much trouble for them and during the whole funeral arrangement and on the day once again ALL staff were outstanding thank you

Everyone at Lincoln Cooperative Funeral Dept has been very helpful and patient at a time when I, like most people, are in need of guidance and support from others. They have been sympathetic but very professional in their work and I thank them all for the smooth running of a difficult day. Right from the first time I spoke with someone on the phone I have had nothing but patience and understanding and also good advice and guidance. Thankyou everyone.

At a time when there is bound to be a great deal of sadness the office staff, both Carla and Vickie, had a very caring way with them. On the day of Rod's funeral the gentlemen, and one young lady, were very professional and respectful. I could not have asked for more.

The entire affair was dealt with true professionalism and sensitivity by Vicki Swain. Vicki helped to keep the strrain of the affair to a minimum. Sadly a very cloase friend of ours died yesterday [6th] after a long battle with Leukemia and his wife Tina will be contacting Vicki to discuss the possibility of dealing he husband's arrangements.

One member of staff was unprofessional & did not return any of my calls despite me leaving several messages (over 2 days) & assurances by other members of staff she would. I had to call numerous times until finally getting a helpful member of staff who sorted my queries. I also wanted to view my mum & it took 4 days for this to happen causing extra anxiety & upset to myself & my family. If not for this member of staff the service we received was sensitive & we were treated with respect.

I found the co op extremely helpful, and they made life easier at a very difficult time. I would highly recommend them. It was also good to see women as well as men working for them.

The only real criticism was no chance of viewing my father on a Saturday morning for close relatives and friends who worked Monday to Friday all day, other than that all went really well for a very sad day.
