Standard Simple Funeral

This is what Co-op Funeralcare offer as part of their Simple Funeral:

They will remove your loved one from their place of death into their care within a 50 mile radius
If death occurs out of normal working hours, at home or in a care home, they will remove your loved one into their care, out of hours, at no extra cost
They will prepare, care for and dress your loved one in a gown to match the interior of their Basic Coffin
Your loved one will rest in their mortuary facility, or if required, a private rest room in their funeral home
You’ll be able to visit your loved one during normal working hours at no additional charge
They will transport your loved one from the funeral home to the crematorium or burial site in a ceremonial vehicle of their choice
On the day of the funeral, a wheeled bier will be used or the family can bear the coffin
They will make all necessary arrangements for a dignified funeral
Your funeral director will be there at the funeral to support and guide you through the funeral

Absolutely amazing. Gave my mum the absolute best send off she could have, many of us were emotional from the amazing choice of words that spoke to all of us. It's hard to lose my mum but to see her life celebrated in such a way is poetically beautiful.

Everyone was professional and kind. The staff at the office were very busy, but still made time and were accessible. The staff on the day of the funeral were exceptional and couldn’t do enough to ensure that the day went well.
