From start to finish we had the best service and empathy from both Lisa and Collette. Nothing was any trouble and we were kept completely up to date with where things were. Really couldn’t fault anything. These girls are an asset to the Coop organisation at Eastcote. The best. 
On the day of the funeral Collette was amazing with the members of the family who were pall bearers and put them completely at ease with what they were performing. She was professional, loving, caring and a complete gem.
We will definitely recommend you guys to anyone who needs this service in the future.

Eastcote Funeralcare made planning mum’s funeral very easy, despite my getting  Covid and also all the problems of closures over Christmas and New Year. Collette was friendly and professional in every aspect and arranged for the service to be conducted by Janine too who captured mum perfectly. There were some minor hiccups caused by staff holidays and staff illness beforehand, but everything was sorted out and the actual day of the funeral went perfectly. I’m so glad I had taken out a funeral plan 2 years ago. It took all the stress away. 
I recommend Eastcote Funeralcare and its sister branch in Ruislip without hesitation.

I cannot thank Colette Sworn enough for her love kindness & support she gave to me & my family with my son Jack.
It was a devasting time with Jack's sudden death at a young age but Colette helped me every step of the way and informed me of every stage we were at & gave me advice to help me along my way.Her tenderness & care to Jack was comforting & he was certainly in caring hands. I would also like to mention a lady I never met but her support to Jack was amazing, Karen thank you.We as a family are now struggling with our healing but Colette with her team certainly made Jack's weeks before the funeral calm & peaceful & will be eternally grateful.Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Everything about their service was of the highest quality: all options were discussed and there was minimal pressure at what is always a sensitive time. I would like to thank Colette in the Eastcote branch for being very professional, caring, approachable and supportive all the way from the start to the end of my father-in-laws funeral.

This is the third time I have had dealings with the Co-op and on all three occasions I felt comforted and confident by they way they organised everything and the compassion I felt from the staff.

My father's funeral was managed professionally and compassionately by the funeral team. Nothing was too much for them and they focused on my mother for whom this was a difficult time. Sofia managed the administration and arrangements and was excellent. I cannot talk highly enough about Collete and the funeral team. They were superb and everything flowed beautifully from the moment they arrived to pick up the family. Thanks everyone.
