Laura was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and had to deal with a challenging family member , great customer service and Marc was also very obliging , kind and thoughtful on the day and the courtesy calls are really caring , can I also say that they are both a credit to your business.

On arrival at the store we were met with the care and consideration, I would expect, the staff went beyond my expectations, whilst booking the funeral we booked the funeral with Laura, and in my opinion was very professional, caring and listened with empathy, and was very attentive to our needs, a credit to the Company

Unnecessary distress caused to grieving family, loved one not cremated when supposed to be due to not organising transport then ashes returned late. Management not calling when promised, service when out the window once they had taken our money

Shannon was very good on our initial visit and Laura was particularly good with sorting out the Order of Service (when time was short) and other details such as the clothing, music, slideshow for the crematorium etc.

There were a couple of small issues, but overall the service and support provided was excellent.

The team at Brockley did a fantastic job from start to finish. Laura, Shannon, Marc and his team of gentlemen, plus Lisa at the design studio made sure that the process of organisation an implementation went smoothly. All questions and requests were handled sensitively and efficiently. The funeral was for my father who, many years ago, had requested that the Co-op organise his funeral when the time came. He made an excellent choice.

Everyone was very professional but with them reacting to our mood which was brilliant. We were celebrating Dad's life so were upbeat. The team reflected this. Tamara the Civil Celebrant was great and after first meeting had my Dad to a tee. My Mum really liked her and was at ease straight away. 
Whilst death is always difficult to deal with you all did a wonderful job. Thank you.

I received the best service from Laura at the Brockley branch. She was attentive, empathetic and could not do enough to make sure my mum, Janet Wickes had the best service. Unfortunately I can not say the same about Shannon. I found her manner very sharp and rude. Each time she called me she was abrupt and made me feel uneasy. I was expecting a call a couple of days before my mums funeral to tell me that We could go and visit mum in Lordship lane. I called numerous times but couldn’t get through. I finally got through to a central number who said that they would get somebody to call me. I never received this call so called back. I called back a few hours later and was told that she would sort this immediately. At this point, I had no idea where my mum was and we’d lost a day being able to visit. 
Finally, at 4pm Delores from Lordship lane called me to tell me tang mum was with her. Although it was too late for anybody to visit, Delores was helpful and accommodating and after a few tense conversations Delores agreed to open up the branch so that family could visit. 
I then received a call from Shannon saying “I hear you have been trying to call me” again, she was very abrupt and really put my back up! I feel that she would benefit from some training. 
As I said, Laura was fantastic and even during her follow up call after the funeral she was so caring towards myself. 
Michelle Harvey, the celebrant was also amazing and gave us a lovely bag of gifts after the funeral. All of the Pull bearers were lovely too and took time to talk to me and my family. The funeral was perfect. So, apart from my issues with Shannon I am extremely pleased with the service I received from the Co-Op, so Thank you very much!

Laura was our consultant for my nans funeral care. We didn’t have a plan through co-op we had it else where but as soon as we transferred over to co-op Laura went above and beyond for our family. She helped us through so many steps where I wouldn’t even of known where to start. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend her to family and friends. 

Our only issue was the other consultant,  Shannon who works Thursday onwards. She was quite rude and unhelpful to us over the phone, then as soon as Monday hit when Laura was back in the office it was amazing again. If we would of had Shannon from the start we 100% would have gone else where.

Again a big thank you to Laura we appreciate everything you did for us.

Co-Op Funeral Care Brockley were great. Made a really difficult time that little bit easier.

Laura at the Brockley branch was fantastic. She was compassionate and empathetic to our situation.

She was knowledgeable, informative and efficient in all her dealings with us. 

Having someone so professional and understanding really helped us make the correct decisions to be able to give our loved on the send off they deserved. 

the funeral director Sam was great too, really nice personal touch with a follow up phone call.  And also the probate team have so far been very informative and helpful also.

Laura and the team were just great, from the very beginning, until the final very respectful salute of Mum at the end. It's a difficult job, but they did it with compassion, kindness, but also great efficiency. I'd like to say thanks to everyone involved for helping me through a difficult time.

Both Laura and Emma were lovely caring and compassionate towards me during this very difficult time. They made notes on how I wanted mum funeral to be done, they contacted me regularly to check that I was happy with the arrangements. They contacted the priest to arrange possible dates with the church. Updated me on the order of service, contacted me when mum had arrived at the chapel of rest consoled me when I went to see mum in the chapel of rest. They both helped me to make mum funeral a special day, they helped me to give mum the send off that she deserved and that she was proud off. There are no words of gratitude that I can express on both Laura and Emma for what they did for my mum.
