Our family would like to express our immense gratitude to Rosedale for their wonderful support, organisation and professionalism in taking care of my dad and step-mum on their final journey. To the lovely Ali, to Paul and Reece for their care, to the pallbearers who were compassionate and so respectful to Dad and my step-mum on the day. I can't speak highly enough of the fantastic service at Rosedale. From start to finish everyone I spoke to at Rosedale was super lovely, compassionate and supportive. I have nothing but praise for each and every one of the staff and associated professionals. Having used Rosedale's services twice this year, I personally would recommend them every time and will most certainly use their services in the future

After my sister died I didn't really know which funeral home to choose: I just had a feeling I didn't want to use the same company (in Norwich) we'd used for mum & dad. The first company I tried in Eaton didn't feel right to me so later that day I was in Wymondham and walked in to Rosedale, and from the moment I did, I knew they'd be perfect. And they were. Ali was exceptionally professional, calm and so supportive at all times; not only that, she's just such a nice person it made the whole process easier. Through Rosewood we were connected to Beverley who worked with us as celebrant. She is really amazing, again so professional and so kind and basically so very good at what she does. The funeral ceremony could not have gone better, and that was in large part down to her. So in summary, I could not hold the team at Rosewood in higher regard, they helped us all so much and ultimately made sure we did everything right for my sister. We as a family will always be grateful to them for everything they did.

Rosedale in Wymondham looked after my Dad's funeral in August. From the very first contact, right through to the end of the funeral, they were nothing but amazing. They deal with this all day every day but it felt like we were the only people they were looking after. So compassionate, thoughtful and personal in every little detail. Thank you for making a truly horrible time, bearable.
