From the very first conversation with Kathleen to the very last minute of my dad’s funeral the co-op team were absolutely excellent. At a very difficult and emotional time they dealt with every question, request and detail with care, respect and dignity. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I can’t thank everyone of the team enough for all they did to make dad’s funeral all that the family wanted for him.

From start to finish Co-operative Funeral Care were absolutely brilliant. Their staff are so professional in everything they did for us.
The help, support and Guidance was so much appreciated 
They are very customer focused and that’s what the family required at our time of need.

What can I say - from the initial onset the Co-op funeral service has been outstanding.

From collecting my sister after she died at home.

The next morning telephoned Kathleen at Coatbridge funeral care everything was taken care of. 
Everything I needed was done to perfection and explained to me and my brother every step of the journey. 

On the Eve on my sisters funeral we had gone to view her and the whole atmosphere was of love and peace and also dignity. 

At precisely 1pm the limousines arrived and then Darren came out the hearse and bowed to my sisters coffin and walked in front  of the cars for a good distance. 
Very dignified. 

At the crematorium everything was just perfect just as I had requested. 

I cannot thank Darren, Kathleen and the whole of the Co-operative Funeral team enough. 

They made a very difficult time for us as a family stress free .

Kathleen and Darren dealt with my dad’s funeral and did a wonderful job. 
My mum sadly passed away 3 days after my dad’s funeral and Kathleen and Darren also handled my mum’s funeral. 
They were so supportive every step of the way and again made the whole situation so much easier to cope with.

The funeral services were excellent. Kathleen and Darren could not have been more helpful. They made sure my mums funeral went exactly the way we wanted it to even playing us tracks of music so we could pick exactly what we wanted. All through the process they were friendly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. I cannot thank them enough for making one of the hardest times of our life easier to deal with

The service we received at Co-op funeralcare in Coatbridge was excellent. Darren, Kathleen and team could not have done anymore for us. The professionalism from start to finish was faultless, very organised and caring. A few days after the service Darren called to make sure everyone was ok, a nice touch. I would with confidence be more than happy to recommend Darren and his team to anyone requiring funeralcare.

Audrey was so professional and sympathetic coming to the viewing room with me.
Have to say the limo was amazing so spacious.

Kathleen and Darren were lovely, they took care of all our needs and are very professional in what they do, they made us feel welcome from day 1 and went above and beyond to make sure my mum got the send off she deserved, I will definitely use this service again but hopefully not in the near future
