The team at Farm Road Wellingborough were fantastic. Louise our arranger, Tracy and Victoria our director, were wonderful from start to finish, helping it all go smoothly and efficiently while offering so much empathy and emotional support. Louise who we spent the most time with was outstanding in her care and support for the family and with so much respect shown to our late Dad. Victoria was an amazing director who on the day, dealt with proceedings with such professionalism and 'style'. Thank you all for helping us through this difficult time and caring for our late Dad, and making sure the ceremony was a beautiful, peaceful affair.

Wellingborough did a very good job in organising the funeral and cremation of my husband.  It was not at all a straightforward job.   He needed to be transported from Wellingborough which involved a journey of almost a hundred miles to a crematoria they did not know.   This involved transporting the body that distance and involving other Co-op branches along the way.   Including an overnight stay at yet another Branch. 

On the day of the funeral another Co-op local to the area took over the actual bringing the hearse to my nominated Crematoria, plus the flowers, order of service sheets etc.   the whole thing went off seamlessly and the family and friends were all greatly impressed.  

Thanks to Wellingborough, Leamington Spa, Worcester and Bidford Co-ops.   
And to all those involved in what was a very complicated set of arrangements.

The loss of our much-loved Arron was a terrible shock in terrible circumstances, Louise was of great help from start to finish as was Victoria, they went the extra mile for me and Arron. They were.

Highly recommended. I was very pleased with the service that i recieved.The staff made everything so easy to organise, and I can't thank them enough. Everything was of high quality. The horses and cart were stunning,they were beautiful, big, strong horses. Although it was a very hard time for our family, I looked forward to everything comming together on the day. And It went beautifly. Co op funeral care, I couldn't have got through this without you, so thank you so much!!!

The staff were very helpful and caring throughout the process. Everything was done in a professional, sensitive and dignified way. Everything was completed efficiently. The drink was very welcome on the day of the funeral and both the the funeral director and the driver was excellent. They were very friendly. Thank you very much. Although the day itself was very well carried out there were major issues with the operative with whom we initially dealt.

The team at Co-op Funeralcare did a great job in light of the short lead up time for the funeral date and staff being very busy and one out on sick leave. Victoria and her team managed the funeral professionally and with care and compassion, and we thank them for that. We were very happy with the Order of Service printing. It looked very good, and the process of layout and approval was fast and smooth.
