Losing a loved family member is a very upsetting and difficult time, which is compounded by having to make funeral arrangements. 
Fortunately I had arranged a funeral plan for my mother with the Co-op, and this proved to be an excellent decision. 
The service my family and myself received from the Hexham branch was superb and eased the stress on us at a sad time. 
I cannot praise Kevin and his colleagues too much for the sympathetic and professional way in which they treated my mother and family from first contact ,to the funeral service itself. 
I would certainly recommend the Hexham Co-op funeral service to look after your loved ones and to provide a wonderful service.
