I would like to say that i was dealt with very sympathetically by ALL the stall from the minute i walked through the door, until i collected my Mums ashes. I was kept up to date with everything as the whole process progressed. Any questions i had were not to much trouble. My Mum was dealt with dignity.
I would recommend the coop any time.
Also Nick Sharpe the Celebrant who conducted the service for us.

They were really helpful from the first meeting with them right through to their exceptional after care.
They were there every step of the way and even went over and above the requirements. Can't fault them in any way. We was treated with respect and compassion. They looked after my mum with respect and again went Iver and above. Brilliant.

The colleagues at the co-op funeral where outstanding. The thought of organising a funeral for my partner was unbearable but they made it so easy and comfortable. The care and empathy that they showed me and my family was outstanding. They went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly. Mansfield Coop have a wonderful staff team, all are very compassionate and knowledgable of the planning process, they made the whole process very easy. Kerry lead the funeral on the day and was wonderful, very caring and considerate and made the day just as we had hoped for. Thank you too all for helping with Grandmas funeral
