very professional and friendly staff who dealt with everything superbly. From the initial first contact upto and including the cremation, a lovely service made a difficult day for the family so much more bearable, and we thank all of you for the hard work and effort.

Amazing service from the ladies at the New Ollerton branch.
Despite us going through such a difficult time we found the process of sorting the funeral arrangements  very easy with the help of Hayley and Izzy. Nothing was too much trouble and we are very grateful for all their help following my Mams passing. 
You guys certainly are a credit to your branch and I thank you for everything you did for us as a family when we really needed that support.

From the moment we walked through the door of the Coop Funeral Care in Ollerton to cremation of our Mother , The service was impeccably First class , Nothing was too much trouble for them . Also the Celebrant that was provided for us Simon Oak Was a credit to the Coop and himself .

I wanted something quiet , understated and respectful for my Dad. What I got was much better than I had imagined. Everything was made to be so easy and totally seamless.Everyone at the Co-op knew their job and knew each others jobs to such an extent that they were familliar with our requirements irrespective of who answered the telephone or greeted me at their premises. I was made to feel like the Co-op team were trusted friends rather than professionals going about their business.I was treated with patience and sympathy at all times.

Kim, Hayley and the whole team were amazing from start to finish. We laughed we cried we screamed and shouted, we also had moments of silence, we changed our minds and did things so differently. They handled everything professionally but with care and friendship, I feel like we have known them forever. I am eternally grateful for the way they looked after all of us and our crazy needs.

The Team at New Ollerton Coop were absolutely amazing, they were very compassionate and understood everything we were going through and what we needed out the day,

Hayley, who was our main point of contact was very professional and great, she was always contactable and thorough with our requests, She was really good, She took a vast interest in my Mum, not just to orgainse her service but i felt like she wanted to know what my mum was like too.

Emma the funeral director was amazing too she made the family feel like my mum was in the best hands and made us feel the day was as special to them as it was us,

I cant speak highly enough of the team,
