In what is the most difficult time in my entire life, the funeral director supported and guided me . Always incredibly compassionate, attentive. Nothing was a problem, highly professional and respectful. Responsive, regardless what time it was.
They eased the load for me . Attention to detail was remarkable. The vicar conducting the service said that our funeral director was excellent.
They made it possible to have a service we wanted. I felt that they looked after me and my husband. Everything worked well. They organised for specialist to deal with all music and videos and livestream of the service. The quality of it was second to none. And everything was done with utmost respect and care.
I cannot thank them enough. In the times of pain and darkness it is good to know that there will be someone guiding you and making sure that I was ok . It wasn’t just about organising the service but also about each step all the way from the night I lost my husband.
I would not hesitate to recommend AW Lymn . Thank you for everything you have done so far.

From start to finish they made this difficult time go smoothly, constantly keeping intouch with myself and putting my mind at rest.
On viewing my late mum it was just like she was just asleep and the personal touchers were just perfect, as I hadn't told them entirely what mum was like.
Emma and Dominic from start to finish were friendly and welcoming and I would like to thank all of the staff on the day.

The attendants were excellent and very sympathetic to the situation. They took great care carrying the coffin and were very patient and kind at all times. I would recommend them to anyone who has to organise such a sad occasion. They definitely made things easier. Originally owned since the 1960’s by the Beeson family, this funeral home was bought by the Lymn Roses in 1994. This beautiful detached house has two visitation rooms, a reception room, cold room facilities and a small parking area.
AW Lymn's Bingham branch is open Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and closed on weekends, but can be open at other times by prior appointment.
Dominic Lister, who has worked at A W Lymn since 2009, is the funeral director responsible for this office and also lives locally.
Covering all of Bingham, this branch also serves its surrounding area including Barnstone, Carr Colston, Colston Bassett, Cotgrave, Cropwell Bishop, Cropwell Butler, East Bridgford, Flintham, Granby, Gunthorpe, Hickling, Harby, Kinoulton, Langar, Long Clawson, Lowdham, Owthorpe, Plungar, Radcliffe, Tythby, Upper Saxondale and beyond.

On behalf of the family I would like to say thank you very much to Dominic Lister and the rest of the team for a first class, professional service.
From the first meeting with Dominic to the final farewell every aspect was carried out in a very respectful, sensitive, supportive and dignified manner.
We were particularly delighted with the Order of Service design, which perfectly reflected my mum's love of flowers.
Mum would have truly loved the tradition of the whole service, overseen by Canon Alan Haydock, to whom we would also like to say a heartfelt thank you.
