Everything was as expected with A.W Lymns. Superb professional service. The day went smoothly. Teresa was lovely & calmly guided us through the arrangements at the Ruddington funeral home. As my brother was transported to the crematorium in my own camper van, Gary & Dominic were there to help at the funeral home & crematorium. We have used Lymns in the past & will certainly use them again in the future. Many thanks.

Established in the 1950’s, the office was originally Oliver & Son Funeral Services but in 1994 the Beeson family sold the business to the A W Lymn group.
Set in a beautiful rural environment, this office has visiting rooms, a reception area, family rooms and cold room facilities.
Funeral directors Teresa Spencer and Gary Cooke are in charge of the funeral home and will be more than happy to help in person Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am to 12.30 pm. You can also schedule an appointment to be seen after hours if it is more convenient for you. To do so, please call the telephone number, which is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
The office covers all of Ruddington and its surrounding areas including Bradmore, Bunny, Burton on the Wolds, Costock, East Leake, Hoton, Keyworth, Kingston upon Soar, Normanton on Soar, Normanton on the Wolds, Rempstone, Sileby, Stanton on the Wolds, Sutton Bonnington, West Leake, Widmerpool, Willoughby on the Wolds, Wysall and beyond.
A W Lymn The Family Funeral Service is owned and managed by Jackie, Matthew and Nigel Lymn Rose. Nigel is a former president of the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD).

It was a privilege to arrange your father’s funeral and to hear that he was a bell ringer at all saints church for over 30 years. Also that he had travelled to most countries in the world and kept a complete log of when and where he went, who he went with and also the friends he met. A totally professional and first rate service from first contact to the excellent post funeral care. I can't praise all of the staff in Ruddington highly enough for their empathy, organisation and understanding of exactly how to make our funeral wishes a reality. I simply had to be guided by them on all matters and to make easy decisions about what happened and Lymn Rose turned it all into a perfect day.

The team at Lymn were really good. At one point, I was wondering why they hadn't contacted me when the funeral was only a week away and there were so many things still to be decided on. However, they had been in ongoing communication with the pastor of our church, and when I contacted them about any aspect of the service(s), they acted really quickly and professionally. Everything Lymn did was excellent quality, from the flowers to the driving and the funeral was a beautiful and fitting occasion, which will be of comfort to me for the rest of my life. Thank you.
