I dont really know where to start. The service at co-op was amazing, all the staff were very polite and respectfull. Nothing is to much trouble for them, they go above and beyond for your loved one. They make sure that your day runs smoothly and are only a phone call away
This is first time using these services and I would definitely use again. Can't thank this team enough at the clifton branch

Very compassionate, professional, and personable. Anja made the whole process of deciding what to have very easy and painless. The funeral director rang me the day before to tell me exactly what would happen, what time we would be picked up and what time we would arrive at Wilford Hill. He was very respectful and considerate of my elderly mother who has mobility problems.
Thanks to all the team.
Would highly recommend.

Excellent service just a pity there was a very poor lack of communication between Clifton & Bulwell branches , which o found more unnessary stress to myself & my family members .But on the day of the funeral staff was extremely Brillant they were ALL Amazing so credit to Nigel & other members 👍👍👍

The Co-op have been super kind and friendly throughout organising my dad's funeral. We have been kept up to date every step of the way. It made a difficult process very easy. In particular, Anja has been super helpful in organising the funeral, Michelle was so very lovely and considerate on our chapel visit and Helen as Funeral Director looked amazing and took great care of us on the day.

We can not praise the staff at the Clifton Co-op Funeralcare enough. They gave their all to make my mums final farewell the one she deserved. Nothing at all was to much trouble, they gave support with care and compassion from the beginning  to the end of our journey and every single detail was carried out to perfection. Always having all the time you needed to put the arrangement in to place, keeping us informed all the way. We cannot thank them enough. Shirley & family

Helen, Anja, Stuart and the team at Co-Op funeral care Clifton made a dIfficult and sad situation more bearable and helped us through the process for a second time in just over 3 years (we lost mum in 2019). Helen also arranged for my dads favourite biscuits (custard creams) to be handed out at the end of the service - she did this off her own back and it was a lovely personal touch (thanks again Helen) x
