My funeral director (Chris) I’m struggling for the right words to say as none seem to be fitting enough. From the moment we 1st visited to the moment of the last was exceptional, nothing was to much trouble, we we’re in constant contact and he was always there to answer any questions we had. Now I know it’s his job and he knows what he’s doing but on a personal level and making everything just about us was more than just his job. His commitment to just us made our father leaving us so much more bearable to the point of us feeling so relaxed with the whole process and frankly speaking, really looking forward to the sad day (which however turned out to be a fantastic send off) not just for us as a family but for our dad also. Thank you just doesn’t seem enough to say but thank you from the bottom of our hearts ♥️ An exceptional individual you are 😊

We would like to thank you and your staff for an excellent service for my Dads funeral in January 2022 and for my sisters mother-in-law funeral in July 2021. Everything was organised from start to finish, we cannot thank Kim enough at
Co-op funeralcare in Sutton in Ashfield enough. She was welcoming and attentive in all aspects of our funeral needs for our Dad and Chrissy funeral, they had a beautiful send off. The service was given by the Reverend John Draycott.

We'd like to thank Co-Op Funeral Care (Sutton-in-Ashfield) for their excellent service. Kim in particular made sure we thought of everything, and explained the process from start to finish to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible.
Nice (and unexpected touches) such as a phone call prior to the day to talk us through how the service would unfold, and to make sure there were no last minute changes that we might want to make.
On the day, the team made us feel as relaxed as you can be under the circumstances, and this really helped make the celebration of mum's life just perfect.
The family and I would like to thank the whole team for their support and professionalism throughout this difficult time.

They are so helpful. Staff has big respect for family and body. Lack of my expertise and language barrier they were very helpful and willing to explain clearly.Also after my mum funeral they didn't left us without help. Highly recommended and much grateful.
