Rhian got to my Dad before he was sick for the last time and knew his wishes for the funeral. The funeral went as planned and all his wishes were fulfilled. She followed up after the service. Rhian Greaves is a wonderful support in the hardest of times always very professional and provides all the information and any extra she thinks we may need to know, which we found made us feel that we were in safe hands!
Unfortunately my family has had to use the services provided twice in the last two years. Having said that We as a family would highly recommend Greaves funeral director and feel that it is Rhian herself who makes the experience the best one .

 This was the first funeral I’ve had to arrange and  both Rhian and Eleanor made the whole experience bearable. Both were very kind, helpful and sympathetic. 

Special mention must also go to the driver of the hearse who  got us to the crematorium during a heavy snow storm. Thank you all.

My wife’s death and the need to organise a funeral caused me and my family  a lot of worry and concern.  Rhian and her team lifted much of that from our shoulders.  They were very professional and efficient throughout.
