The care and compassion that Wayne, Hayley and the team showed me and my family meant such a lot.
I couldn't have wished for a better send off for my mum and so many people said it was the best, most personal funeral they had been to which means so so much.
I couldn't be more prouder to say that I work for Co-op Funerlcare.

This is now the fourth family funeral undertaken by The Co-op and once again their service is amazing. Vicki and all the administration team have been a delight throughout this difficult and Wayne and his team provided a  faultless service throughout the day which was a great comfort to al our family.

Vicki was amazing setting things up, she kept things simple and was there when we needs to ask questions, she is a real asset to your team. On the day Alan and his team made things run seamlessly and we're there as support. They all went the extra mile, and that was noted by us and others on the day.

I have used co op funeral care in Wolstanton for my late fathers funeral, my step fathers funeral and recently for my late husband. The care and understanding given was impeccable. Vicki guided myself and my adult children through every step, even contacting me after the funeral to check in on us all. Wayne before and during the funeral was attentive and informative and very kind, guiding us all through a very tough day.

I could not fault anything the cooperative funeral directors of Wolstanton Newcastle-under-Lyme Jane and Wayne are the absolute best and I couldn't have got through these last 2 years without their amazing service, firstly they supported me through my mums funeral 2 years ago and again recently with Leonard's my step father they go above and beyond to help you through a traumatic time and for that I'm forever grateful to these gems of people, bless them both and everyone connected to this funeral home thank you xx

Only thing I didn’t like was when phones got diverted to Manchester and operative didn’t recognise local branch
Other than that all went well and staff performed professionally throughout
