Never met the funeral director until the day of the funeral .
On a recent funeral McGoffs ? visited, and was very confident displaying his wants were our wants.
They handled everything regarding the donations, even to sending it to the charity.
They even arranged and booked the reception.
This took a lot of pressure of us when I was at my lowest.
My funeral is prepaid through the coop also, which will put these extra burdens on my family when I pass. Or I wouldn't have said anything.

The team at Nile Street were excellent. Leah and Kelsey were so kind and patient. They helped me to feel that I had done mum proud. Chris’s help on the day was invaluable. He guided me through and everything went well. Those who attended thought it was lovely. 
It seems odd, in a way, to recommend a funeral directors - it’s something I guess none of us want to think about. But I can say that you or your loved one would be in excellent hands.

the funeral arrangements done with leah was so easy shes fantastic at her job she helped us every step of the way we are so gratefull at such a sad time we asked if we could put mums makeup on we were welcomed at wolstanton nothing was too much trouble the day of the funeral the cars arrived the men were excellent listened to us guided us as we pushed mum in thankyou so much for the phone call a few days after as well very proffesional xx

When my dad passed away we went with coop. I can honestly say these were amazing every step of the way. I had never had to plan a funeral before so I had no clue what to expect, but leah was brilliant. Everything was reasonably priced, and they answered any questions I had no matter how small they were.
