All the staff at Rosedale Funeral Home have been excellent. They have been able to find the right mix of being friendly alongside being professional. They have offered guidance and support when I needed them. My dads funeral went without a hitch and I am so grateful to them for everything they did for me and my family. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Rosedale did a brilliant job for our Celebration of Life for my special Aunt's funeral. From beginning to end they were professional, friendly and kind.  No query was too much trouble.  They offered advice when needed and any little question was dealt with quickly and efficiently.  The Celebrant they suggested (Chloe) was also excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The whole of the team at Rosedale were compassionate, very helpful and I always felt "in control" of my mother's funeral. Fiona even posted an order of service through my letterbox to save me visiting the office.
The actual day went very smoothly for which I am very grateful.

The assistance planning and organising the funeral was thorough, sensitive and straightforward. There was excellent communication in all matters and contact from the funeral home leader just prior to the service was very helpful and reassuring.
The service was lovely and we especially appreciated having been able to choose the more colourful summer uniform that the pallbearers and leader wore, avoiding the sombre and depressing traditional black costume usually seen at funerals.

Just very caring, efficient, understanding, with excellent communications  and accommodating throughout. Even the day before, when it looked as if a close family member may not have been able to attend the funeral they would  have been able to set up video link via Zoom at the last minute.
